Was looking at a 2001 cdx 929 and a 1999 Nitro 20' with center console that I do not yet have a model number. Not sure if it is a good idea to get a 20 year old boat with wood decking?
It's always a variable. Go look. Stand all over and if it is soft walk away. If not whatever

I think the 9 series were constructed very similar to what they do now. I have not heard of or seen a 9 series with a soft spots on the deck.
