2012 Z7- 2 Piece Hull Separation at Bow- Anyone have problems with this

Have a buddy who just bought a 2012 Z7, Ultrex on the bow. We both inspected the boat and never saw this but the cap up by the bow on the TM side is slightly separating. Neither of us knew the Nitro's were 2 piece construction. Has anyone ever had this issue and if so, we assume a fiberglass shop could fix this. The separation at this point is about an inch, just below the rubber molding on the side of the point underneath the trolling motor.

Any help or insight would be appreciated.

All boats are two piece, with a seam in the run rail. There are screws in there that need to be tightened randomly. And maybe something like 3m 4200 on each screw. Anyways yes a shop can do it or you can probably do it yourself.
