I own an Xpress X70 and I’m 99% sure I have the dreaded wet foam. I plan to take as much of the floor up as I can as an upcoming winter project. With the way EVERYTHING is welded in these boats, am I compromising structural integrity by grinding the welds off and popping the floor up to take a look? I would most likely use a pneumatic gun and structural rivets to put the floor back down....unless of course I’d be making my boat flimsy....thoughts? Advice?
Thanks
