Putting the 1880 on the trailer

Just wondering how the 1880 goes on the trailer at the end of the day. I’m coming out of a Skeeter ZX 200. The Skeeter aligned its self in the trailer and I would just power it up to the bow roller. Attach the strap and drive away.
Just wondering if the 1880 is the same.

I'm a first time boat owner and I think it goes up real easy and a lot of time I am loading the boat in the Mississippi River so there is a good current.

The 1880 goes on the trailer quite easily. Just make sure you're aligned correctly, or the boat won't cradle right due to the pad. Fortunately the boat is not extremely heavy where it can't be pushed an 1"or 2" to fall into its cradle correctly, if that alignment is off.

I think it goes on easy. I can power load it and trolling motor load it easily.

How deep do you set the trailer. I launch and retrieve the boat solo. So it’s critical that I get it right the first time.

I back up the trailer until the fender/wheelwell is about 3 inches out of the water.

It'll be the same. With my 1980 I usually ease the boat on the trailer and stop. Let the bunks center the boat and then give gas as needed untill I touch the roller. Like stated above leave fenders a little out of the water. I also wet my bunks first, back them all the way in then pull up.

I put my trailer in just to the top of the fenders.
