I'm wanting to get a solix but I had a heck of a time trying to fish the Helix ducer through and I'm not sure if I can get the solix connector through. Anyone done this and have success before I buy one and end up selling it out of frustration? Also, is there an adapter that I could use to use the Helix ducer on the solix? (This is for a console setup obviously) Thanks!
tie a string to the helix transducer cable...pull the transducer cable out.......use the string to pull the new solix cable in...no there is not an adapter to use a helix transducer on a solix.

Used a fish tape to pull it through. Took two people to bounce it around and pull it through. It locked up once but came through rather easy. Left two strings in there for future pulls.
I use a form piece of firm wire with the cable taped to the end .. it’s also easier to pull the screws out of the throttle, carefully
pull out and you can reach right on inside to access it.. then run it up to ur dash ..
