WM-4 Sirius antenna question please

I have 2 new hds12 carbons and a WM-4 Sirius antennae

All of the Sonic Hub 2 functions work, but can’t get Sirius to connect. Constantly say “Initializing”

I was told today that WM-4 is not compatible with Sonic Hub 2.

I hope that’s not true. Any ideas why the Sirius won’t connect?

When I check Sirius status, it say UNKOWN WEATHER ANTENNA ATTACHED

Have you called Sirius XM and do you have a paid Inland Weather subscription? What you are seeing is possibly because of no subscription service and has nothing to do with your units. If you have a subscription then you need to call Sirius XM and give them the IMEI number and they can refresh your signal to the WM-4. Also the boat needs to be outside for a clear signal and if all is working then normally you would have a Status of 3 which is as high as the numbers go.

hello realize this is an old post, but i am also considering a wm-4,also have sonichub2,also have hds carbon.
did you get your problem solved?
i had wm-3 for years, then suddenly siriusxm would scroll "initializing,but never did.
so i have ordered a wm-4.
please let me know how you made out
