Lowrance Elite ti & Navionics Chip issue

Hi, Im hoping you can help me, a navionics platinum + chip is not providing the dock2dock autorouting feature, ive been on email support with navionics and its getting frustrating with very generic troubleshooting steps and long response times.
After selecting two points the dock2dock button should appear, though it doesnt. The boat details for width, draft and height are set.
Other features of platinum+ are avaible like the slider for shallow water.
Has anyone run into this problem or similar before?
    Thanks in advance.
    Gary

Do you have a active subscription on the Platinum?
Is youre Ti running the latest update?

Hi Wallyandre, thanks for your help. The Platinum+ chip is new and is supposed to have a 1 year subscription. Talking to Navionics they said it was active and I confirmed other Platinum+ features are working.

I believe the Elite 7Ti is upto date, heres what I see in Systems:

    Elite-7Ti
    Version - 53.2.25
    Platform - 18.bsp_3.10.53-141-gdc7efe7

Youre not running the latest update on the Ti.

    Did you look at this?:

Thanks, I connected my unit to wifi and performed an update, it said it had the latest. Is it the platform or the version that I should see a more recent update too?

I have seen the video, on the initial steps to create the route on his video the dock2dock button appears, that never happens on mine.

I need to look into the update of my unit and find out what is going wrong.

Don’t update youre unit by wifi; quite often there is some problem by wifi.
If you perform an update save youre waypoints and do a hard reset followint the update.

you should take a video off what you are doing when trying the autoroute
