03 200 pro xl. Yamaha 225 HPDI running 2.75 below pad 10 inch jack plate turning a 25m prop 68-69 at 5500. Shouldn’t this boat run faster? I have 3 group 31 batteries in back but I don’t have boat loaded down.

T-1 prop did way better over the "M" for me.
What speeds are you getting and setup?
2 and 5/8" below the pad. 8" setback. 27" T-1 that was B&B years ago and cup added to give more bow lift.

I have a 02 20XL with a 225
with a 26 tempest with light load i have hit 76 once.
Fun Fishing load 68-70
my buddy thinks it can be set up better!

Yesterday in the heat, and on a lake with a speed limit of 25, I stretched it out for a couple seconds and saw 72 on the GPS.
