    1988 Mariner 175 prop question......

    I have a 1988 Mariner 175 on a project boat that we're doing a cosmetic restoration on. With that being a 2.4 liter, will a late model Tempest fit the shaft or will it take a smaller hub prop like a Trophy or Laser to fit the splines as well as not rub the housing?
