Anybody hve an opinion from this picture if this might just be a repair job or if the transom itself needs structural work?
Pull the motor bolts and see if they're wet. Tap around with a plastic handle screwdriver to see if it sounds dead. Can't tell from that picture.
And wet does not mean dead, if it's just wet, it'll come back like new under heat lamps if it's not turned to mush.
