    Removing Oil Tank 2005 150 Vmax Hpdi

    Could someone point me in the right direction on how to delete the oil tank or point me to a link somewhere. I would feel so much better mixing my oil in with the gas.

    If the oil injection system is removed how will the motor get oiled?

    HPDI is a direct injection engine. You can't mix oil in the gas. It has to be injected with the oil injection system.

    The yamaha oiling system is about the most reliable out there. I would not disable it. I don't believe a hpdi would appreciate it either. Cj
