What size jack plate?
Call marty at rothwell marine. He has many many hours with that motor on a 20’ bullet. Youre going to need a substantial jackplate to get any progress on that combo

but agree need 12-14” with a 200 on a 20’er...
some 2” spacers should get him where he can do some damage with a good set-up..
