    Anglers Choice Marine Martinsville

Big shout out to Damon at Anglers Choice Marine

Needed some parts for my trailer, spoke with Damon & he was was very helpful, & knowledgeable, had what I needed & they are shipping today

Called Ranger: They were out of stock for a trailer seal wear ring

Eastern trailer parts: Phone busy each time I called

Etrailer: Sat on hold for 20 min

Cabelas: Our parts manager has not come to work yet, can you call back.

Other Ranger Dealer: Well we may have them, I doubt it. Did you buy the boat from us.

Who knew it would be so hard to find a simple part.

He took care of me too. I was looking for the keyed backup ignition switch. Great customer service and a shout out!

THIS ONE right here ALWAYS burns me up!!!!!!! And I guarantee one dang thing ...... YOU WON'T in the future either.

My current Ranger came from Angler's Choice (Lexington ..... the old David Fritts dealership). It was a long drive, but worth it.

This thread is a perfect example of what I just wrote on another thread. Sometimes, it’s true, a bad report about a given dealership isn’t completely the whole story. But one thing seems clearer: if you get an exceptionally satisfactory resolution to a thorny problem and give a shout out to the Ranger dealer who went above and beyond, that’s one more resource for all of us to use for future questions/issues. I try to retain these nuggets and pass them along to Ranger owners as appropriate. Thankfully, with the number of frequent contributors to this forum, we have a lot of bases covered as a group.

Sandi and Nick have always been top notch - that’s where I got my ride 22 years ago.

Very pleased with their service.....I bought a boat from them back in 2014; Stationed at Fort Bragg at the time.......was wanting a boat bad.....visited the Ranger dealer nearest Fayetteville, NC and couldn't get anyone to help me....had already picked out the boat and was ready to buy.....after the 2nd try I drove 3+ hours to Martinsville and Nick sold me a boat within 30 minutes of being there.....

Headed to A.C. in Lexington NC this Thursday for #2 injector replacement. So far they have been very helpful and accommodating over the phone. I'll let you know how the repair service goes.

Randy and Mary Carter in Martinsville have been nothing but great to me. They are the reason I drove 4 hours to shop there.

I’ve been to that dealer several times when I lived in Goldsboro NC a few years back! I walked to the parts counter and waited forever for someone to help me out only to not get the help I needed. Moved to TN and have all kinds of help....
