We kept it simple yesterday. I bought a rib roast last time they were on sale and did not cook it. I cut it up into nice steaks and deboned them. Sealed them up and froze them. Yesterday we cooked 2 for the wife and I. We decided buttered taters and yellow onions were going to be enough veggies. Steaks melted in our mouth. cooked over charcoal. I got full and took a awesome nap.
