    USA Our Heritage

I was raised in Irving, but when I was young, it was a small town (everybody knew everybody), and grew like crazy in the '60's. I remember when I was a kid going to the Irving Grill on Saturday with my Dad and hearing a lot of stories from the "regulars" over their coffee and iced tea. Later, I worked a lot of years for Motorola in rural Texas, and met a lot more really great guys like this in the oil patch and ranches. They are the kind of guys that have made Texas what it is today, and a dying breed I'm afraid.

I ran across this on YouTube quite a while back, and just ran across it again. Maybe you've seen it before, but it's still funny as hell, and you guys in West Texas, East Texas too, know other guys (your Dads probably) that are just like Jimmy. Hope you get a kick out of it.

That’s pretty funny. She came after us with a butcher knife.
