Yep, check out ALX or St Croix. I think some guys missed the budget part, ALX and St Croix have some good options that won't kill your wallet.
I've been fishing my swim jigs on Champion 703 Dobyns rod for several years now. I mainly fish 1/4 ounce Brovarney. I also will throw small spinnerbaits on this rod. If I were to throw heavier baits I would go to the 734. It's the rod I fish chatterbait style baits on.
TAEL711HFB Tatula Elite Signature Skippin' Jig Rod. Tip is amazing and it'll skip 1/4-1/2 jigs easily. Also make a pretty good frog rod.
