    VX 20 Emblem

    Can anyone tell me if the VX20 emblem on the side of the boat is just on with an adhesive or is it bolted?

    Looks very much like the same emblem applied to the AVX models and if that it the case they are adhered on. I have had one a letters break on my 1980 after fishing a thick area I assume one of my letters got caught on a small branch. I did call Vexus and they were kind enough to send a new emblem to me at no charge.

    the "Trade Dress" on the fiberglass boats are not "glued" on they are physically attached to the boat.

    How are they physically attached? Is the word "Vexus" also physically attached? Rivet? Screws? Can you please expand on your answer?

    Thanks, attached below is the reason I was asking. Notice the right red flare on the logo, it appears to be falling off or installed incorrectly. Wondering how easy this would be to fix.

    That is not what we call the "Trade Dress" - what you are looking at there are decals that are only glued on
    the "Trade Dress" only comes on the fiberglass boats

    Thank you, why I was asking about the word Vexus in my original question. I understand the trade dress is only on the fiberglass models. This pic is from a fiberglass model, being glued, it would be easy to fix. Thank you again for the response.
