What to do when your dog x sinks

Anyone have a quick tip or suggestion to try and remedy my one megabass dog x Diamante... which I think caught it's own hook and has a pin hole in it, now taking on water and sinking instead of walking? If it was a Zara spook I'd just chuck it and replace it, but it's megabass... and it's expensive and pretty and walks like a beast when it's not a submarine

contact megabass and they will likely exchange it for a new one

Put the lure in the freezer for 30 minutes. Hold the lure under hot water and the air will expand in the lure and bubble out the pinhole. A small dab of epoxy over the hole and the lure is good as new.

Wouldn’t it B hard for megabass To know if this lure didn’t hit a rock or something? Not saying it did but how would they know?

I've cracked spooks before, and broken them in half... but this was the first time I put a hole in one. Picture here, just because it's kinda fun looking
