place to stay at Taylorsville

Would you fish Taylorsville (vs. Cumberland and Green River) this time of year? Looking to mix things up a bit.

I would go to Cumberland or green. I live 10 minutes from Taylorsville lake. With Cumberland you can get away from all the boat traffic. Taylorsville is awful with wakeboarding and skiing all day all the time. Cumberland would be my first choice.

Mine would be Green How do you get away from the boat traffic on Cumberland by the way until about 10:00 during the week & around midnight on the weekend? Are you packing a tow missle launcher or something?

Green would probably be the best bet at bigger fish but then again it fishes real tough late summer.

I fish in the back of the creeks. It's a lot less than Taylorsville lake. I bet you that. Lol

If you decide to go to T-Ville, look up Tanglewood Golf Course. They have rooms to stay in there too if they aren't booked by the golfers. They are not bad. I've stayed there for a golf outing before.

If Taylorsville sucked, you could ride down the road a bit and launch at Willisburg. Then compare which lake sucks worst!
