    Prop to Pad?

    Guys,

    Here is my set up:
    96 Ranger 391v (19’3”)
    02 Merc EFI 2.5L (200hp)
    6” TH Hydrojacker
    Fury4 (24P)
    Prop to pad 3.75”

My issues are I am still only urning Bout 5200 rpm at Wot & more importantly I am getting really high water pressure 30- 40 Near or at Wot.

What is the optimal prop to pad measurement for my set up? Most days I run JP all the way down and trim almost all the way in as I usually am dealing with rough water.

3.5" to 3" under max should be prop to pad You are always going to have high water pressure with the motor trimmed down since you get ram pressure not what the pump is doing. How fast are you going WOT trimmed out?

Mid 50's is the best I could get @ 5200 Rpm trimmed out, but I never adjusted the JP it was left all of the way down.

The problem is it is throwing a high water pressure alarm.

Here is the fault I referencing and I only get at WOT after about 2min. (Vessel View Mobile)

I purcahsed the vessel view mobile just to verify the gauge on my boat was reading properly as it was at 25-30 water pressure and the vessel view was pretty close actually higher.

    ”Block coolant pressure”
”The input circuit for the sensor is above valid limit”
”Water pressure sensor is not working properly”

I told you the pressure was too high and now the Merc monitor is telling you the same thing.
