Maybe I am late to the party on this but does Robinhood actually sell the data and trading information to high frequency traders? They let them plug into their internal exchange and front run trades? Their trades do not even go through the primary market and they trade internally?

Yes they sell the data to high frequency traders. There are also several sites that at the end of the day post the top buys and sells for robinhood traders for free. I don't know about your third question.
