I like it, I would buy one as a second vehicle. I couldn't replace my truck, but it looks like they built a true off road capable vehicle.

If they would've stuffed a 5.0 Coyote in them, I'd like them a lot better. If they're gonna go retro, go all the way. They were V8's back in the day, stuff one in there now and stop worrying about the EPA and soccer moms!

Not sure what motor is in them but the 3.5 Ecoboost is a beast

I think it's the 2.0 or 2.7. Not bad engines and they'll push them around good for no more than they weigh, but if Jeep ever throws the Hemi down in their Gladiators or JK's, Ford is gonna be late to the game....again.

I agree with bucket mouth, give it some H.P. and do away with a lot of the sensors and other dodads.

A little weak on the HP and TQ compared to the trucks. I'm sure a million will be sold that never see a grain of dirt. Just like the $50k+ four door jeeps running around with $8k in tires and wheels.

For 50k, or whatever it costs. I will hang with my old 97 Two door Tahoe with rebuilt Vortec V8, rebuilt trannsmision, Satin black paint that I don't care if its get scratched in the brush. Along with 4 inch lift, good tires, JBL sound. It will have to do for now. Oh yeah its paid for.

With that said, I do like those old Broncos and the new one looks good too and I'm not a Ford guy but it like it. I wouldn't mind having one to drive around town in, but my wife might would say I have enough toys.

I’d buy one as a second car, hope they work out and they let them be fun.... The any of the F150 motors would be a blast!

Has the 2.3 EcoBoost or 2.7 EcoBoost.

Manual trans option with 2.3. Auto required for the 2.7.

I'm excited too. I want to see one in person.

I’m not a Ford guy but my wife is. (Her dad was a Union retired Ford guy).

she told me she is getting one as soon as they work the bugs out

edit. Can ford make it any more confusing with the 7 different models?
