So I checked the pumps the other day. The impellers seem to have worn edges. During a tourney they seem to loose velocity as the day wears on. Especially on the passenger side. Normal or are they rubbing on the piping?

Depending on how much they have been used, that's pretty normal.

Any sand in the water tends to increase this wear, but over time, they all wear down to some degree.
