I had Moh's surgery on my nose in March to remove Basal cells. Sure wasn't much fun going thru it but not a huge deal in the big picture of life. My biggest concern is that I'm only 41, so I do worry a little about what else I might have to deal with in the future. All I can do is protect myself from this point forward. I'm rub down my entire face, ears, and neck with SPF 55 before I hit the water and reapply occasionally. Also wearing the buff more consistently and I have a baseball style hat that has the neck curtain on it. I need to buy more long sleeve sun shirts and probably some pants too. I always hated sunscreen, but now put that crap on without hesitation. There's some decent stuff made for your face that isn't greasy, more like lotion. And I like the spray 70 for my arms and legs better than smearing the cream all over.
