    How to run wiring

This is for the boat owners that have the horn mounted on the gunnel at the steering console.

    1.Take the horn out

2 Double up a piece of bailing wire and wrap bailing wire with electrical tape.

3 Insert the wrapped looped end of the bailing wire through the hole that the horn was installed in and feed it to the back of the boat, usually can be fed to the back in about 30 seconds on average, for me at least.

4 Attach the wire to be pulled and pull it back to you.

5 If you are running wire to the front of the boat, open the rod locker and feed the wires though the tube

6 If you are running wiring to your dash, grab the wiring at the access hole under the dash.

7 Optional: Once wiring is ran, run the bailing wire back to the rear of the boat, and then feed it back into the tube so it will be there to use again.

    Hope it helps

I just did the same thing rigging up some new fish finders . I used some bright yellow , heavy nylon string from a weed eater instead of bailing wire since it is strong , highly visible , and non conductive .
