Hello gentlemen I have a 2000 40 hp Tracker Marine motor that I am having trouble with starting, I have changed out the starting key wiring harness and still it won't turn the motor over. If I turn the key to the on position the gauges come on, if I try and start it it doesn't do anything, I can hear a clicking sound on the motor, but if I turn the key about 8 to 10 times it will turn over. I'm confused with it, please help.. Thank you
