Madison Tournaments out of the Green Lantern

Our club held our annual frog only tournament out of Lake Farm yesterday, Dane Co. Park Ranger was there and informed us that tournaments out of Dane Co. parks are limited to 10 boats without a permit.
So we'll have to find a different venue to host our future Madison Chain events.
Has anyone fished a tournament out of the Green Lantern? I think that's where some of the bigger tournaments host their's.
Anyone have knowledge of doing a tournament from there?
Is there a launch at the Green Lantern, do you just meet there and pre tournament meeting, then weighin there, while launching from other places?
    Any insight would be helpful.
    Thank you!

typically they do a surcharge per boat at Green Lantern..launch anywhere everyone meets at Green Lantern. The East Side Club on Lake Monona does the same thing. what were results of your Frog Only tourney?

It's on our club's Facebook page if you follow Facebook, winners had 12 and change, we placed 4th with 10 and change, 5-19th were all < 10#
Tough frog bite, the storms over the past couple days has completely blown out the surface weeds and water was a bit high, not the best scenario for throwing a frog, I think most guys were using poppin style with the bigger ones coming in the morning over flats, ours came in the little bit of slop we could find.
Thank you for the insight about GL and thes East side!
