ALX Zolo cork

I have several of these and love them but one has really crappy cork on the handle. Tons of gaps and I find myself not wanting to use it because I hate how it feels. Anyone else have this? Should I replace the handle or is it worth it to contact ALX?

Haven't had that problem myself with an ALX rod, but if I did, I would call them.
