    Praying Transducer question

I currently have an 1197 with a glassed in puck transducer so i can read sonar when I am running. I recently purchased a Solix with Mega Side/Down Imaging. Will the same glassed in transducer work with the new unit to give me bottom readings when I am on plane?
Thanks in advance for your help.

A first generation SOLIX uses the same frequencies as the shoot-thru you have for 2D sonar (83/200 kHz). Just need the AD 1429 converter to connect the 7-pin transducer plug to the 14-pin SOLIX.

A second generation SOLIX has HW CHIRP for 2D sonar, but you can downgrade the unit's performance to use the 83/200 kHz transducer using the same AD1429 converter. Manually change the 2D frequency.

Need the 14 M SIDB Y cable to connect the MEGA SI transducer and old transducer to the display.
