    Skeeter 2014 FX20 fender

I have some loose bolts on my fender, boat is on the trailer so hard to get in there to see. The nut on the bolt is 3/8 but i can not see the head through the carpet. Tried a philips but can't grab it.

Anyone know if it is philips or straight head or some thing else?

    Thanks
