Are the new Pantera Classics supposed to have plugs for the live wells?

That’s for total drainage as the pump out doesn’t quite eliminate the last cup or two of water.

if departments of natural resources and conservation agencies catch on, we will have to eliminate all water one day. We are often transporting that last few cups of bilge water between reservoirs if we don’t totally dry the live-wells.

Colorado already has, have to carry a towel to dry my livewells during inspection. If there is any water left in the boat and you show up to the lake you have to go to decontamination station. Sucks cause they don’t usually open until 8. Any chance BassCat knows the size of the livewell intake holes on a 96 Erya?

My only small complaint about my old 'cat is I can't fully drain the livewells. Plugs are maybe 5/8?
