If you can’t find what you’re looking for you may be able to take some carbon fiber wrap and put over the wood grain.

Find out if you have a keyed or splined hub and buy a replacement on Ebay. Gussi makes a bunch of different steering wheels to choose from at a good price. I purchased one for my last boat and it turned out great. Just search for "Gussi Steering Wheel" on ebay.
