    Alumacraft key

    I need a 2nd ignition key for a 2009 Alumacraft. Any suggestions where I can get one ?

    Depends on if it is a factory control box (if in the control box) or aftermarket on dash. need to contact the dealer and tell them what engine and if its a side mount with key or aftermarket in dash. Sounds like I am making no sense. Maybe someone help me clean up what I am trying to say. Key may have code on it. If so you are in good shape.

    My key has a number or Letter ( cant remember ) I got a extra off ebay it was cheap


    Mine was a Mercury key

    My Alumacraft has a Yamaha motor and controls and a key with a code on it. I assume in my case any Yamaha dealer could help me out.
    Just checked online. I can buy a replacement key with that code for $10-15.

    I do believe there is a number on the key... Do you remember where online you found it ?
