PSA: Ex-Ranger Boat Owner and Ranger BBC Forum participate

For any of you R-boat drivers on the fence, all I can say is this:

I have not missed my 520C/L boats one effen minute or that BBC R-boat forum.

I have been in a 921 for almost a year and now realize I should have kicked those WRM R-boats to the curb a long time ago. Period.

Coming out of a 2014 skeeter 20i into a 920 Pro XP a real changer, compared to going from a Cadillac to a Porsche.
    No regrets!!!

I left Ranger..There I said it, and went to a Phoenix will never look back unless I want to see the R boat behind me ;-) Just an overall better experience I feel.

I too had a Ranger, a 2009 Z520. Had it for 10 years. It was a great boat and served me well. Tremendously stable fishing platform, but a little bouncy in rough water. I now have a 921 Elite, for about 2 years now. Also a great boat. Lots of similarities in the quality of construction. The Phoenix rides better. The Ranger had a better trailer. I would buy both again. (Except I hear the newer Rangers are not the same since being bought out).

I am in an R boat now, its an "L" model that I had built to my spec. Anyway my best freind has a PHX-921 and we often fish with each other, so my boat or his boat on any given weekend.
I will say this about the big bird; I have owned 8 bass boats in my life, several brands, and nothing.....I mean NOTHING rides as well as that bird. In a class by itself!

Finally jumped ship from R boats after owning three Z520C's. Got a 21 PHX demo for one year & special ordered another to my specs & colors. Never looking back & my back could not be happier with the ride. Night & day difference over the R Boat.
