Maybe you already know this but the holes from the Motorguide will line up with the Ultrex. But maybe you want to relocate it so the head of the Ultrex doesn't protrude over the port side? Just in the process of having Aurora make me a new cover so it'll fit with the Ultrex. I got the 45" shaft. Had a 52" Motorguide but had the head adjusted up as to where it was sitting at about 43", so I figured 45" would be fine since I haven't had a problem in 20 years. Fish some nasty weather too.Would like to cover up the holes from the original motorguide
