Been using an ALX Expert series spoon rod which has been fantastic but I'm catching so many big fish my buddies want to throw one of those hubcaps, too. So, I would like a second rod and ALX stopped making the Expert rods and no longer has anything for that little bit of fun. (They might be able to make me a custom but that's gonna take some time and I'm on the bite now. Any suggestions. I like nice rods so I'll look at all suggestions. Thinking about the Destroyer Mark 48... but that's not really designed for a big ass spoon and it might be a bit heavy for me... 7.6 oz. I like Megabass rods but for a company that specializes in technique specific rods, I don't see they have one for this. Also considering a NRX 916C. Rather not spend that kinda dough if I can find another rod that is pretty nice. Other ideas?
