Prop for 98 461vs with 175 efi

Hello

I just put some Powerpoles and a 6inch bobs hydraulic jackplate on my 98 461vs.

the engine is a 175 mercury efi.

current prop is a tempest 25p, but has a few blemishes.

currently it doesn’t have a great hole shot.. what would be the best prop for this boat?

25 tempest is the deal. A 23 would jump out of the hole better but you might swing too many rpm. 25 trophy would be better out of hole with more stern lift

25 fury...have same set up except i had 8" atlas jackplate..

I ran the same rig without the Poles and jackplate. My holeshot was great with the 25" Tempest so chances are the Poles may be a drag. You might want to look at adding a few extra ventilation holes to the prop and rebalance prop. I did this to my Z520c and it helped quite a bit with holeshot.
