    It snaps on the fuel line to hold that cap in a handy spot

    xpress x19, 200ho G2, aluminum sawtooth cut prop, paper sack tackle storage, ugly stik pro team, color c-lector

    The oil nipple, when they shipped the engines that cap was on the oil nipple, they thought you might need it when you removed the engine. You can toss it.

    I thought it was for capping off the vro inlet in a pinch

    That is a plug for the VRO oil line and that cap can be used to cap off the VRO oil inlet, if needed. I would not just toss it. JMHO
