    Places to stay at Amistad

    Been a while since I fished at Lake Amistad, and would like to know places to lodge down there. I'm sure things have changed down there since the last time I was there.

    I stay at Velvicks house on occasion but also rent a house down there when there’s several of us. If your interested PM me your number and I’ll get you in touch with Mike. He has a really nice house and it’s close to the lake and safe.

    Not sure when you plan on visiting but they just announced that the parks and ramps will be closed from Friday evenings till Monday morning till further notice. Supposedly do to lack of social distancing and the volume of trash being left behind.

    FYI - all access points, swimming area's and ramps are closed from Friday 9pm until 7am on Monday. This may change to everyday if things don't change.
