    112 mph Triton

Someone posted a vid of my TR 196 running 110, that was 2005 TR 196, 19'8". 1655 lb hull. We built an aluminum deck extension, pad is stock. 200 Sho wit a Nizpro Supercharger, Sho lower with 1.62 gears, fatshaft conversion. 18" setback. Boat was empty except 15 gal fuel, Chris and 200lbs ballast. The 112 run was with a 32 3 blade Hyperdrive on the limiter @ 6400. Chris Bailey of CB Marine driving. I've had the boat to 106 with my gear and troller, 1/2 tank gas

The key to how it handles is the Hydrotec coned lower, the setback plus we are running it around 2" above the pad. HydroTec has a homerun with this lower.

Steve Glenn @ Hydrodynamic Jackplates could give you some info, or reach out to Nizpro. Different time zone, email is best. There are quite a few on that side of the world. We have gained (so far) 11mph over the flash, summer humidity and on the limiter.
