    Jerk dry brine

Driving today to Miller's meat market in lowville ny to get 7#s of their jerk dry brine. I got some at the bar i work at and used it on ribs. Was really good!! Probably gonna pick up some bulk pork steaks, hot dogs and ground beef too. Looks like a real nice store. I feel as though the freezer will be full and the wallet empty!!

Wallet 157$ lighter. The dry brine 7# tubs were sailing out the door. They must have sold 8 in the 20 min that we were there. Gonna try it this weekend with pork steaks.

Put some of the jerked dry brine in a bag with some chicken thighs. Fridge for 3 hours. (Supposed to be 1-3 days), grilled outside, holy crap, they were amazing!! Glad I bought 7 #s.
