Every marine shop in the world (literally) is further behind than ever with the CoVid situation and people using their boats.
Marine dealers have seen boats come out of garages that haven’t seen daylight in ten (10) years with CoVid. They are just covered up! More people on the water means more service needs and many can’t even price new goods because they are too busy.
As for quality the crew at Cedar Lakes is top notch.
Aquatech down here in Florida took care of me pretty quickly.
My dad and I have worked with Cedar Lake sales for 20+ years. Top notch group of people and their rigging and service team is fantastic to work with. I am very particular and they have always accommodated my special requests and have gone above and beyond. When the time comes, I will be ordering a new Bass Cat through them. I do not know what their service schedule looks like right now though, sorry.
