50-75 lbs in passenger side gunnel
Your setup is fine now for 2 people side by side as evidence by it running well with your wife with you.

I've actually thought of moving the starting battery to the center.

Got to run the boat a little last weekend. It was cold and windy. I didn't push it hard because of the wind but I was still able to manage 85.7mph. My boat has had a miss the last couple times out when getting on plane, sure hope it ain't the ecu.
