Can’t Pair Dash Switch. Help?

Having issues pairing a dash switch to a pair of Power Pole Blades. Have followed the instructions on the website and it’s not working.

After hitting program on the pump, I then hit the up button on the dash switch for one second. The pumps make a beeping noise when I hit the dash switch after this but don’t operate.

make sure the selector switch for port/ starboard or both is lit up as both (both leds). push and hold program button on both pumps at same time and hold for 3 sec till hear audiable beep then push down on remote repeat process for up you lso may need to change the battery in the remote as I notice you have cm 1.0 batteries ( not sure if when battery was changed last) once paired to both you can then use selector switch to choose port or starboard if needed. sounds like your just pushing program button not pushing and holding for 3 seconds. the remote button just needs to be pushed ( not for 1 second).
