Water leaking into bilge, any idea where this water could be migrating from? As she sits in the garage, still weeping water out of the small hole into the bilge.

Can you describe where in the rigging compartment that screw hole is?

Best of my knowledge this is not a screw hole, this is a hole that just happened to appear in the fiberglass bilge on the port side.

The amount of staining (white areas) around that hole indicates water is finding its way between the fiberglass and the gel coat. Also, the quality of the gel coat above the hole looks questionable at best. You may want to drag your rig to a fiberglass shop and have them review it.
