Can anyone tell the approximate height of a 1140 Artic Fox on a 1 ton dually that is stock.
I ordered a 2020 silverado and don’t have it yet. Just wondering for storage.

Most basement style campers on a stock 4x4 seem to come in at around 12’ give or take a couple inches depending on model. That’s at the highest point, usually the air conditioner. A 12’ door on a garage doesn’t give you a full 12’ so it could make it depending on model but would be hair width close. Just take the camper height from belly to A/C and add about 36” for bed height. Could be lower for your new truck but I’m approximating based on a stock SRW Ram.

One other piece of information. Taylor Dzaman did YouTube videos on living in a truck camper. He had an Arctic Fox 990 on a Chevy Dually 4x4 and claimed 12’ 8”, which is taller than most, in this video....
I believe most of a single manufacturers models will have nearly identical vertical dimensions.
I have a host cascade and the floor is above the rails of the truck, with large storage under the floor. This allows for large floor space with double slides. However this makes the height 13 feet just a little lower than a 18 wheeler which are usually 13 and a half feet. So some of the larger campers are pretty tall.
