So now this morning the motor keeps lifting. I gently tapped the switch on the motor and it started lifting and wouldn't stop until it got all the way up, then it would go down when I pushed the button then when I let go if the button it went right back up. The lift button on the motor still doesn't click when pushed, seems like it's stuck in.

Turn the battery switch and breaker off. the trim switch is most likely full of water that's why it keeps trimming.
If that engine was any other G2 you could remove the front cover and disconnect the trim switch, but the inline G2 Crow engine the trim switch connector is inside the frame in a nice little wire holder.
This is why I stopped yesterday, you cant get to it unless you want to take the frame off and you really need to know what you are doing when your reinstalling it.

Wish I could have got it working but water intrusion is a replacement type issue.
