    Throttle roller timing arm adjustment 60* motors

    I have 91 Johnson Fast Strike 175, I was gonna do the adjustments that’s listed in the sticky section. Does the throttle need to be in neutral or is easier in a certain position when you go to adjust the throttle roller?
