    Mega 360 "not detected" question

I just had a new mega 360 installed on my new boat at the dealership.
I put it in the water and all I get on both of my Solix screens (bow and console) is "360 not detected".

I have searched Youtube for solutions and struck out. I am guessing it must be a wiring or plug issue but don't know where to begin.
Can anyone recommend a video or tell me what's up?

First thing I would do is make sure 12v is hot to the M360 power cable.

Are your Solix units G2 MSI+ models? Is everything networked together through the Ethernet hub? I would start with power to the M360 as Crabnbass said above, then work through all the connections to make sure those are correct. Then you will have to go into the network menu and make sure the M360 is selected. You could also try removing the bow unit from the network and just connecting it to the M360 to see what happens...

When you go to the accessory test does the mega 360 show connected?

Make sure your Solix unit and m360 are both using the newest software version. If you call HB they can walk you through it if needed.
