360 with an oil leak

I have a 360 that is almost 1 year old. Still on the warranty.
just sent it in for an oil leaking. I noticed a few weeks back my image wasn't as good. Noticed a oil slick in the water when it was being used.

my question is, has anyone had this. Did the image improve after repair.
Debating is I should replace with a mega and sell after repair is done

Several have experienced the oil leaking out. When there is enough oil in the pod for the SI pulses to have contact with the housing, it makes no difference in the image quality whether it is full or 1/2 full.

you have to have Helix Gn3 units for the Mega to work. I thought how bad could the plain 360 be since my Helix units were Gn2. After using it for 10 months now, would not recommend it to anyone. Notice no one is talking about how to adjust it for better quality? Only images from the 360 Mega.

The 360 does very well within its capabilities. I used one for about 6 years.
The 1.2 MKz frequency that the MEGA 360 has is what increases the image quality. It can still do like 360 if 455 kHz is selected.
